The Baker County Commissioners voted 3-0 Wednesday morning to take control of the Ski Anthony Lakes resort. Whats not yet certain is whether the county will operate the ski area this winter, or a yet-to-be-formed nonprofit will take the reins.

Police are appealing for witnesses following a vandalism incident at Firpark Ski Centre in Scotland. Slope vandalised The incident reportedly happened at some point last week between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, with vandals causing damage to fencing and padded mats on the artificial ski slope.
